WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Make Me Yellow doesn't offer refunds for any reason. This is completely custom artwork that can't be sold again. Our artists work hard and we will do unlimited revisions to make sure you are completely satisfied with your drawing.

There will be a small fee for additions in your drawing if they were not originally requested in the notes.

To ensure clarity and transparency in our ordering process, we have established the following policy regarding the purchase of add-on items:

1. Add-Ons Require a Simpsonified Portrait: To purchase any of our add-on products, customers are required to first place an order for a Simpsonified portrait. The Simpsonified portrait serves as the base product, showcasing the unique artwork tailored to your specifications. Only after ordering a Simpsonified portrait can you access and select add-on items.

2. Add-On Products Are Supplementary: Our add-on products are designed to enhance and personalize your Simpsonified portrait, offering a selection of creative options such as framed canvases, digital files, or additional prints. These add-ons can be added to your order to elevate your overall experience and make your portrait truly special.

3. No Refund for Standalone Add-On Orders: Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds for standalone add-on orders. In the event that a customer orders an add-on item without a Simpsonified portrait, and later decides not to proceed with a Simpsonified portrait purchase, we cannot process a refund for the add-on item.
