Your drawing will be ready in 5-7 days unless you purchased a rush order in which your order will be moved to the front of the line and completed in under 48 hours.

Your completed drawing will be sent in JPG or PNG format. Am I able to get the underlying layered file?? Sure! Send us a request and we’ll email you the underlying PSD file.

Your custom portrait will be emailed to you when it’s complete, ready to print or put on a mug, t-shirt whatever you decide to do with it.

Our artists are incredibly talented and always strive to do an amazing job, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss a detail or the essence of the person, We are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your portrait.

Whatever you want! You can chose no background, one of our standard backgrounds or a custom background. Just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.

Yes. Pets count as a character.

No, you own complete rights and licensing to do what you would like with it.

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us

The payment options available include credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover cards. We also can accept crypto (BTC, ETH, DOGE).

No problem, just drop us an email and we can get you a quote for groups a large as you need.

It is the customer's responsibility to specify all details you would like in the drawing in the order detail notes. Any details not included in the order notes will be assumed by our artist and will result in an additional charge ($10) if the customer requires revisions.

We don't offer refunds for any reason. This is a custom drawing that can't be sold again. Our artists work hard and we will do unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied with your drawing.

There may be a small fee ($10) for additions or revisions to your drawing that were not originally requested in the order notes.
